on behalf of Preserving Lake Greenwood, I’d like to invite your organization to participate as an exhibitor at our annual State of the Lake community meeting:

📅 Date: Monday, October 20, 2025

📍 Location: Greenwood Farmers Market (Hwy 72/221)

🕕 Exhibitor Setup: 5:15–5:45 pm | Doors open at 6:00 pm | Event concludes by 8:00 pm

This year’s meeting takes place just after the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Helene, along with other major incidents that have impacted our region. Our theme is Resiliency and Preparedness, and we are asking exhibitors to include a focus on how your work contributes to a stronger, more prepared Lake Greenwood community.

As an exhibitor, you will be provided a 6-foot table and 2 chairs. You will also have the option to make a short 5–8 minute presentation to the entire group if you’d like.

We expect strong attendance from residents, local leaders, and lake partners, and we would be honored to showcase your organization’s role in protecting and preserving Lake Greenwood.
